Answers to some of our frequently asked questions.
What areas do you cover?
Complete Aid Services is not confined to specific areas as we employ staff on a case to case basis. We are based in Cheshire and have current links in Manchester, North Wales and Leeds.
How long does care last?
So long as your child requires at home care then Complete Aid Services will facilitate this. Care will be adapted to meet your childs needs if required.
What care can you provide?
Complete Aid Services is dedicated to providing all the care your child requires. We recruit suitable staff who have the skills required to provide you child with the same care they received whilst in hospital.
How will my care be managed?
A designated Care Coordinator will be responsible for the provision and ongoing supervision of the care that you receive. Your initial care needs will be discussed with one of our Assessment Coordinators. Our care staff automatically undergo regular training updates and routine assessments and observations through one to one meetings and visits to you both in your own home.
How will I fund this care?
Caring for children in hospital is very costly and our aim is to help you care for your child at home. We will liase with your local NHS Trust and provide them with a breakdown of costs involved and help you with the process of direct payments and sourcing funding. If you are entitled to care in the community then you can choose to receive this care privately and therefore the cost to yourselves should be nothing.
We are an NHS Trust with a care package that we cannot staff? Please contact us. We are experienced in liasing with the NHS and will provide you with a breakdown of costs. We will advertise and recruit and train staff to meet the needs of this care package whilst keeping you fully informed of the clients condition.
