Complete Aid Services recognise that the transition period from childrens to adult services is a difficult time for families due to huge gaps in service provision.
Complete Aid Services aim to support you fully with employing an individual or team to fully meet your needs. So whether you require a buddy or personal assistant for a few hours a week or require a nurse 24/7 then we will be able to help you.
We are not an employment agency and we recruit specifically for individual packages which is what makes your care unique and bespoke.
Our team will meet with you to do an assessment of need and to discuss the level of care and hours you require. Complete Aid Services will then recruit (with your involvement if desired) and organise all the necessary checks and training have taken place prior to placement.
Complete Aid Services is experienced in liasing with other agencies and our team will regularly review your care and provide all the support you and your carer need.
Many young people and their families will choose to take care of their own care with the introduction of Personal Health Budgets.
Complete Aid Services can offer advice, training, recruitment assistance or indeed employ staff for you in this instance.
